Our Petite Performers programme is the perfect introduction to the world of performing arts. Through fun, imaginative and engaging classes, our youngest students explore singing, acting and dance while building confidence, creativity and a lifelong love of performing.

Each session includes:

• 20 minutes of Singing

• 20 minutes of Acting

• 20 minutes of Dance

Designed specifically for little learners, every class supports the development of coordination, communication, teamwork and social skills in a safe, encouraging environment where every child is celebrated and inspired to shine.

Our Proscenium Performers programme offers well-rounded training in singing, acting and dance, providing students with the skills, confidence and creativity to thrive both on and off the stage. With expert tuition across all three disciplines, every class is designed to challenge, inspire and nurture each performer as they grow.

Students are placed into one of three groups to ensure they receive training that best suits their stage of development:

• Rising Performers

• Junior Performers

• Intermediate Performers

Placement is based on age and ability, allowing every student to learn in an environment that is both appropriately challenging and supportive.

Each weekly session includes:

• 55 minutes of Singing

• 55 minutes of Acting

• 55 minutes of Dance

Whether performing for fun or aspiring to a future in the industry, students build strong technical foundations, artistic confidence and a genuine love of performing. Throughout the year, they also have the opportunity to showcase their progress in productions, performances and community events.

Prep Foundation is the first step on our pre-professional pathway, designed for dedicated young performers who are ready to develop their skills beyond our core programme. This audition-only course provides focused, high-quality training in a supportive environment, helping students build strong technical foundations while developing confidence, creativity and performance skills.

6 hours of specialist training each week, including:

• 2 hours of Dance

• 2 hours of Singing

• 2 hours of Acting

Students benefit from a structured programme that encourages commitment, discipline and artistic growth, while gaining valuable experience through productions, performances and opportunities to represent Proscenium within the community. Prep Foundation provides the ideal platform for progression into our more advanced training pathways.

AUDITION ONLY
Tuesday & Friday Evenings

Prep Intermediate is designed for performers who have demonstrated strong technical ability and are ready for a more intensive level of training. This audition-only programme places greater emphasis on refining technique, developing artistry and preparing students for the demands of advanced performance and future vocational training.

6 hours of specialist training each week, including:

• 2 hours of Dance

• 2 hours of Singing

• 2 hours of Acting

With higher expectations and increased technical challenge, students continue to develop their versatility, professionalism and stagecraft through specialist coaching, productions and exclusive performance opportunities. Prep Intermediate is the next step towards Prep Advanced, where students begin preparing for college auditions and professional careers.

Prep Advanced is Proscenium's highest level of training, created for performers with the ambition, commitment and potential to pursue professional training and careers in the performing arts. This intensive, audition-only programme provides industry-focused coaching in a challenging yet supportive environment, preparing students for the next stage of their performing journey.

8 hours of specialist training each week, including:

• Ballet

• Tap

• Jazz Technique

• Body Conditioning

• Acting

• Choral & Repertoire Singing

• Choreography

Alongside advanced technical training, students receive personalised support with college applications, audition preparation, headshots, showreels and interview technique. With regular performance opportunities and expert guidance from experienced industry professionals, Prep Advanced equips performers with the skills, confidence and professionalism to succeed both on and beyond the stage.
