These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Proscenium Stage School. By enrolling your child or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Enrolment

All students must be officially enrolled before attending classes. Enrolment is completed via our registration process and confirms agreement to all school policies.

2. Fees & Payment

• Fees are payable in advance of each term unless otherwise agreed.
• Non-payment may result in suspension of a student’s place until payment is made.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

Regular attendance is essential. If your child is unable to attend, please notify us in advance. Repeated non-attendance without notice may result in the loss of a place.

4. Behaviour

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other students. We reserve the right to remove any student whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

5. Health & Safety

Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs prior to enrolment. We take every reasonable step to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students during sessions.

6. Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, performances, or events for promotional purposes. We will only use your child’s image with your written consent. See our Photography Policy for details.

7. Child Protection

We are fully committed to safeguarding children. All staff are vetted and follow child protection guidelines. Read more in our Child Protection Policy.

8. Liability

Proscenium Stage School is not liable for any personal property lost or damaged during classes or events. We recommend that valuables are not brought to class.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or our website.
