Being at proscenium for 6 years really built and shaped who I am as a person today. I started off as a quiet girl who didn’t want to stand up in front of anyone and sing, so now going into university it has been a major help in getting me ready for this new chapter. Proscenium has taught me a multitude of important lessons; discipline, determination and resilience. The classes have aided me in being a confident speaker, which is a stark contrast from me when I started, and being able to present myself in a positive and confident light which I can use for my future in Edinburgh Law school. I strongly believe that drama schools are not just for those who want to have a career in performing, but everyone as it gives you vital skills to excel in any field.

I’ve always loved musical theatre as a hobby, always thought that pursuing was just a fantasy. Since joining Proscenium Stage School, I’ve learned what it means to work hard at something you love, to set goals, push yourself, and strive to make your teachers proud. I’ve also found the most supportive friends who share my passion, and in just over a year, my PREP 16+ class has become like family. At Proscenium, I’ve laughed, grown, and discovered that hard work and fun can go hand in hand. Thanks to the encouragement and teaching I’ve received, I now believe in my dream of studying musical theatre and I’m finally making it a reality.

My son started attending the junior classes just after lockdown 3, he was really shy and cautious of other children having not been around anyone bar mum & dad for so long. Since attending class the change in his confidence has been incredible. He absolutely loves going and happily waltz in and comes out with the biggest smiles. I am so pleased I found this stage school and cannot recommend enough!!

Have been to 2 performances by this stage school. Wonderful to see these children grow in confidence and skill. Well done everyone . All stars

My daughter Abbie (7) has been attending Proscenium Stage School since it opened it's doors in 2017. Abbie loves a Saturday where she can get to sing, dance and act. She has learned so much in the time that she has been attending. The staff are fantastic and so welcoming. I would recommend this school to anyone who's child loves Musical Theatre.

My son (14) attends Proscenium and has gained so much experience & confidence in the 5 months he has been a student here. The wealth of experience the Industry professionals bring to the kids is exciting and rewarding for them. Tonight we had our first parents night and it was lovely to hear the exciting plans for the principal, her staff and students have. We look forward to the year ahead #Teampss
