Refund Policy

At Proscenium Stage School, we understand that circumstances can change. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, missed sessions, and refunds for classes and events.

1. Class Fees

  • Fees are paid in advance of the term and secure your child’s place in the class.
  • Once the term has started, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Missed Sessions

  • No refunds or credits will be given for student absences due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.
  • In cases of long-term illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss options.

3. Cancellations by the School

  • If we must cancel a class due to staff illness, weather, or other reasons, we will offer a rescheduled session or a credit toward future classes.
  • If no alternative can be offered, a refund for that session will be issued.

4. Workshops and Special Events

  • For one-off workshops or ticketed events, refunds are available if cancelled at least 7 days in advance.
  • Within 7 days of the event, no refund will be provided unless the place can be filled from a waiting list.

5. Trial Sessions

If a trial class is offered, payment must be made prior to attendance. If you choose not to continue, no further fees will be due, but the trial session fee is non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable), please email prosceniumss@gmail.com with your child’s name, class, and reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
